I edited this in photoshop.
It is my friend eating an apple.

Does anyone know a way to get glossy lips on photoshop, with out using the plastic wrap effect?

I think it would have been better if the thumb was in focus too?

Create new layer, use pen-tool, create a shape, that would be suitable as a reflex, use eraser on 30% opacity, about as big as the shape itself and make the edges on one side of the reflex a bit transparent (not too much), leaving only a spot fully opaque. Then Blur it a bit with gaussian blur and maybe make the whole layer a bit more transparent, if it's over the top.

That's how i would do it, dunno if it helps. :D

Oh and, nice pic! ^^

Find a point that would be suitable as a reflection point. Glossy surfaces always have a point where the light reflected is white, so figure out a way to put that in there, if you know what I mean. :bucktooth:

My artistic abilities are a bit limited when it comes to major photomanips, so bear with me.
